To apply for a Nursery place at St Vincent's starting September 2024, please complete the forms below. In addition, please note we require current year's Council Tax bill, an additional proof of address (e.g. gas, electricity or water bill - dated within the last 3 months), original copy of your child’s baptism certificate and proof of your child's date of birth: passport or birth certificate (short form). Please note that we need to see all original documents with the application.
Completed applications may be submitted in person from 2nd October 2023 until the deadline of 15th January 2024.
