Boys Football

On Thursday 1st  of February 9 children went to Year ⅚ football competition at William Perkins High School. The team consisted of Jas, Roux, Stash, George, Antony,

Felix, John, Rueben and John. The matches were against three other teams that were in a league.

St Vincents v St Marks B 1:1

West Acton v St Vincents 0:1

St Vincents v Perivale B 0:0

We qualified drawing with St Marks then we were to play Christ Our Saviour. We were drawing when the match reached full time so we ended up taking a player off each minute. It was down to three people George, John and Stash. It was still 0:0 and the referee had got bored so it was down to penalties. Christ our Saviour took first and John saved it. It was up to George and he scored. We were through to the finals but Stash and George were so exhausted they said they could faint.

It was 0:0 until a corner, Jas crossed it to George and a goal it was 1:0. Then the whistle blew and we had won.
