To apply for an In-Year place, please complete the online form below:

Please note you will be required to upload the following documents with the online application:

Proof of Age - either a passport or birth-certificate (short form)
Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
Certificate of Catholic Practice (if applicable)
Letter from faith leader (if applicable)
Proof of Address
- Current year's council tax bill
- one other proof of address (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, etc dated within the last 3 months)
