Reception Applications for September 2021

Before applying to our school, please ensure you have completed the Ealing Common Application Form (CAF), as the school will be unable to accept your application otherwise.

To apply for a Reception place at St Vincent's starting September 2021, please complete the forms below.  In addition, please note we require current year's Council Tax bill, an additional proof of address (e.g. gas, electricity or water bill - dated within the last 3 months) and original copy of your child’s baptism certificate.  If your child is offered a place in our school, we will require proof of date of birth and you may choose one of the following as proof of your child's date of birth: passport or birth certificate (short form).  Please note that we need to see all original documents with the application.


Completed applications may be submitted in person from 1st October 2020 until the deadline of Wednesday 15th January 2021.
