Reception Admissions

Reception Applications for September 2024

Before applying to our school, please ensure you have completed your Local Authority Common Application Form (CAF), as the school will be unable to accept your application otherwise.

To apply for a Reception place at St Vincent's starting September 2024, please complete the forms below.  In addition, please note we require original copy of your child’s baptism certificate, Certificate of Catholic Practice (if applicable), letter from your faith leader (if applicable).  Please note that we need to see all original documents with the application.

 

Completed applications may be submitted in person from 2nd October 2023 until the deadline of 15th January 2024.
